Terms & Conditions – Raje IT Institute Franchise

By becoming a franchisee of Raje IT Institute, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Franchise Agreement

  • The franchisee must sign a formal franchise agreement outlining the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both parties.
  • The franchise agreement is legally binding and is valid for a specified period, with options for renewal based on mutual agreement.

2. Franchise Fee

  • A one-time franchise fee is required to cover the cost of training, setup, and branding support.
  • Additional payments may be required for marketing, promotional activities, and ongoing training.

3. Territory and Exclusivity

  • Franchisees are granted exclusive rights to operate in a designated territory.
  • The franchisee agrees not to operate outside this designated area without written consent from Raje IT Institute.

4. Brand Usage

  • The franchisee is authorized to use the Raje IT Institute brand name, logo, and curriculum for the duration of the agreement.
  • Any unauthorized use of the brand or deviation from brand guidelines may result in penalties or termination of the franchise.

5. Training and Support

  • Franchisees must complete mandatory training at Raje IT Institute before opening the franchise.
  • Ongoing support will be provided in areas such as operations, marketing, and curriculum updates.
  • The franchisee is responsible for training their own staff, but support will be available from the institute.

6. Investment and Operational Costs

  • The franchisee is responsible for covering all costs associated with setting up and maintaining the training center, including property rental, equipment, staff salaries, and utilities.
  • The franchisee must adhere to the Raje IT Institute guidelines for operational procedures and maintain high standards of service.

7. Marketing and Advertising

  • Franchisees will be provided with marketing materials, and may be required to contribute to national or regional advertising campaigns.
  • Local marketing efforts must align with the Raje IT Institute branding strategy and receive approval before execution.

8. Student Fees and Revenue Sharing

  • Franchisees are responsible for collecting fees from students and must follow the fee structure set by Raje IT Institute.
  • A percentage of revenue generated from the training programs may be shared with Raje IT Institute, as outlined in the franchise agreement.

9. Termination

  • Either party can terminate the franchise agreement with a written notice if the terms of the agreement are violated.
  • The franchisee is required to return all training materials, equipment, and any Raje IT Institute intellectual property upon termination.

10. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the terms of the agreement, business operations, and any proprietary information shared during the partnership.

11. Legal Compliance

  • Franchisees must comply with all local laws, regulations, and industry standards related to running a tech training business.
  • Failure to comply with applicable laws may result in the termination of the agreement.

12. Indemnity

  • The franchisee agrees to indemnify Raje IT Institute against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the operation of the franchise.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising out of or related to the franchise agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as agreed by both parties.
