Refund Policy – Raje IT Institute

1. Before Course Start:

   • Students can request a full refund if they cancel their enrollment before the course begins.
   • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

2. After Course Start:

   • Once the course has started, no refund will be provided, unless the course is canceled by the institute.
   • In case of a course cancellation by Raje IT Institute, students will receive a full refund.

3. Refund Process:

   • To initiate a refund request, students must contact the institute’s admissions department with valid reasons.
   • The request must be submitted in writing via email or in person.

4. Non-Refundable Fees:

   • Registration fees, course materials, or any other non-refundable charges are not eligible for refunds.

5. Exceptional Cases:

   • Refund requests in exceptional cases (such as medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
   • Approval for refunds under exceptional circumstances is at the discretion of Raje IT Institute.
